We are a Honey Business located in Hales Corners WI with our beehives spanning across the Milwaukee/Waukesha area. All of our honey is raw, meaning it is unprocessed coming straight from the beehive. We sell our honey primarily from local farmers markets (see the "Our Markets" section), but if you are unable to make any of the markets you may call/text Viola directly at the phone number below to schedule a day/time to pick honey up from our location.

THE STORY
Ireneusz (Eric) Karaban had his first bees at the age of 15 in a small town in Poland. He established that beekeeping was not only a hobby, but a passion as well. After several years of beekeeping, he was forced to give up his bees so he and his family could move to the United States. Several years after he settled, he decided to return to what he did best. His hobby slowly converted into a part of his occupation as he saw his potential grow. Him and his wife Wioletta (Viola) officially made Eric's hobby a business in 2004. Today he owns over 60 hives, and with the help of his father, wife, and kids (Bartosz and Karolina), he is able to follow his ambitions on a larger scale. The outcome is a natural, locally produced honey, and a positive impact of the enviroment as well.
